RETURN POLICY
The maximum period for submitting your online return request is 14 days from the date you received your initial order. In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code
You then have another 14 days from the date of your exchange request to return the item you wish to exchange.
How to make a return?

5. Check the item(s) you wish to return
6. In the comments section, specify what you wish to do:
Refund
or
Exchange (in this case, please indicate the desired size). If the item is no longer available, we will proceed with a refund. (See exchange conditions details in FAQ).
7. Click to send back the product.
8. Once your request has been validated by our services (processing time of 12 to 48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. You can then go to your account, under the "My Returns" section, to download the return slip to print. This document must be placed inside your package.
9. Prepare your package:
- Replace the items in their original packaging
- Insert your return slip
10. Send the package to the following address:

Drop off your package at a post office and keep the proof of deposit stamped or issued at the post office within 28 days.
The cost of return is at your expense (see T&Cs).
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been received by our logistics team and after checking your item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within a maximum of 14 days.
